I asked Darren if he could help design and then construct a patio for me that would blend into an existing patio put down some 20 years ago. It also had to blend down and around a brand new summerhouse we were having installed. Darren worked diligently and with his expertise to marry the block paving together and he created an architectural series of steps and falls that encompass the levels of the new summerhouse.

Darren also put down some paving flags as a base for my 8x10ft shed which had to be relocated. He also laid flags which formed the base structure for the new summerhouse.

I was so impressed with Darren that I then commissioned him to dig out my 20 year old, tired looking tarmac drive, and replace it with a bigger drive suitable for 3 cars. I wanted a full width drainage channel that was to be connected to the existing drain outlet in the old drive. Darren laid the drain slot channel and block paved the whole drive with a feature pattern within the paving which was laid in a lovely 45 degree herringbone pattern.
